Aundrey Page is an award-winning executive coach, public speaker, education thought leader, and the founder of AD Page Consulting, a management consulting firm that strives to create anti-racist learning environments grounded in equity for all. A former high school principal, vice principal of instruction, and high school mathematics teacher, with experience across Georgia, California, and Massachusetts, Aundrey has a track record of success as one of his schools was named the #1 high school in the Bay Area according to US News and World Report for its outstanding student academic achievement. Aundrey has expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional team collaboration, and developing equitable theories of change that support organizations in achieving equitable outcomes. He is currently working towards his doctorate in Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Phoebe Grant-Robinson is a champion for children and literacy across America. An urban educator with more than 25 years in public service as a teacher, district administrator, and principal, Phoebe worked to position students as “drivers of their destiny, rather than victims of circumstance." Her mantra is: Extraordinary Outcomes, Demand Extraordinary Commitment! Phoebe was honored with the Leader of Today and Tomorrow award, by Senator James Sanders and received a Distinguished Leader citation from Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato. Her advocacy for leaders to build and sustain an equitable system that nurtures the academic and social-emotional well-being of all students is uncompromised. Phoebe is a Doctoral candidate in the Ed. L.D. program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Gustavo Luna is an entrepreneurial education leader with a mission to increase opportunities for the most vulnerable students in the educational system. Most recently, he founded Kern Tutoring, an organization that provides Tier II and Tier III intervention services to school districts servicing their most at-risk students. Gustavo is now fighting to close large achievement gaps among foster and homeless students. Gustavo is a Doctoral candidate in the Ed. L.D. program at HGSE as part of the C-12 Cohort.
Tristal Watson comes from a family who has always valued education and has dedicated her life to creating equitable learning opportunities for all students. After graduating from college, Tristal began her career as an AmeriCorps tutor in a rural Mississippi school district. After spending a year cultivating the young minds of kindergartners and realizing the lasting impact she had on students, Tristal decided to pursue a career in education. She worked as a teacher and coach before being accepted into the Principal Corps program at the University of Mississippi. Upon graduating, she accepted a role as assistant principal and would later go on to be a head principal. Tristal Watson is a creative and energetic visionary leader who creates positive school culture by building quality relationships and keeping students first! She is excited to continue working to improve the quality and reach of K12 education for all.
Jasmine M. Fernández has worked to advance educational equity alongside communities worldwide - from Brooklyn to Charlottesville to Haiti and Tanzania. Through her experience in education policy, political organizing, and youth development, Fernández has advised and supported large-scale initiatives and policies to improve academic and social-emotional outcomes for students, including children of incarcerated parents and youth of color. In 2016, she co-founded Women of Color for Progress, a multi-strategy political organization focused on electing more women of color into local office.
